Job Responsibilities- Ability to perform hands‑on maintenance for general landscape and curated landscape e.g. bonsai and shrubs
- Perform routine landscape inspection and report any defects to superior
- Escort vendors/service partners for landscape, pest control and irrigation maintenance services
- Ensure quality works are carried out based on SOPs, Guidelines, and Standards
- Assist in operation and maintaining the irrigation system
- Carry out simple administrative updates in system
- Perform inventory stock checks, store management, equipment checks
- Perform ad‑hoc tasks as required, including assisting other facilities department team members
