Senior Topside Engineer

Airswift is seeking a Senior Topside Engineer to work in Rio de Janeiro on a permanent position with a company that operates in the oil and natural gas exploration, development and production sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the day-to-day operational performance of FPSOs, focusing on oil and gas production, losses, shutdowns and units' performance.
• Evaluate production KPIs (uptime, availability, liquid rate, gas rate, water injection, flaring, gas injection/exportation, energy efficiency, etc.).
• Identify and quantify production losses, deviations, maintenance constraints and operational bottlenecks and propose recovery strategies to the Project team aligned with the department.
• Perform statistical analysis of trends, operational events and equipment performance.
