  • Handle complex cases, escalations, and non-standard certification scenarios; act as the first point of escalation for client and affiliate queries.
  • Process certification files in line with Business Rules, Country Instructions, and productivity/quality targets.
  • Accurately encode and review data in relevant systems based on trade documents, ensuring completeness and correctness.
  • Ensure all certificates and registrations comply with contract requirements and applicable guidelines.
  • Coordinate client requests and provide timely, professional responses to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate trade through timely and accurate issuance of Certificates of Conformity in line with applicable rules and KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate data entry (fees, invoice numbers, job numbers, etc.) across systems and portals.
