Job Title: UAT Testing Lead (Back Office)

Required Experience: 4+ years

- 4–5 years of QA/UAT experience, including supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and defect management processes.
- Experience leading UAT for system modernization or large‑scale transformation initiatives.
- Financial services background, preferably with experience in Mutual Fund Transfer Agency operations or Back‑office transaction processing.
- Experience working with cross‑functional business and technology teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant QA, Agile, or Project Management certifications (e.g., ISTQB, PMP, Scrum, ITIL) are preferred but not required.
