Requirements
Must have:
- 7+ years of experience in web, UI, and UX design.
- 1-2 years of experience in a startup or agency environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong range across websites and web/mobile applications, including flows, states, and edge cases.
- Solid expertise in UX and UI design, including mobile app interface design.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Proven ability to estimate time accurately and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present design reasoning to stakeholders.
- Ability to explain how design decisions affect development and support business/user goals.
- Experience creating information architecture deliverables (site maps, user flows).
- High standard for visual QA (spacing, typography, motion, state behavior).
