About the Role
The Senior Underwriter at Northbridge Insurance plays a key role in providing comprehensive underwriting solutions for Canadian businesses, working collaboratively with brokers and internal teams to deliver balanced decisions. Responsibilities
Work closely with broker partners to evaluate risks and make underwriting decisions. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Use technical skills to assess risks accurately. Coach, mentor, and develop junior underwriters. Create success in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in property and casualty underwriting. Completed or pursuing a CIP designation. Strong customer‑service background. Team‑first mentality. Construction insurance experience a plus. Compensation & Benefits
