The SVP, HR at RGP is a senior leader tied to the most important asset to our company - our people. This pivotal role must be prepared to design, implement, and advocate for the People experience at RGP. The ideal candidate is agile and fast paced, with ample experience working in the business and understanding business priorities. We want someone who cares deeply about how we build our business through exceptional employee experience through the lifecycle of employment. This position calls for a business-minded, collaborative, and innovative leader to ensure the HR function supports and contributes to an engaged and supported workforce.
