Senior Warehouse Supervisor (Madrid)

Responsibilities

• Achieve warehouse performance objectives by establishing on‑floor operational excellence, defining cost‑saving and productivity initiatives, measuring performance, analyzing opportunities, improving and controlling performance to speed inbound‑to‑outbound cycle time and eliminate errors.
• Oversee the handling of returns, develop and implement standard returns procedures.
• Coordinate returns acceptance, registration, classification, and processing to improve returns processing efficiency.
• Analyze returns data and provide improvement suggestions to reduce returns rates and ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Preferred majors in logistics management, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Minimum two years of experience in warehouse management; overseas warehouse management experience is preferred.
