**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Accurately manage inbound and outbound truck weighing transactions using scale systems and software
+ Verify shipping, receiving, and billing documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
+ Coordinate with drivers, operations, dispatch, and customers to maintain efficient material flow
+ Support office operations including answering phones, filing, greeting visitors, and providing administrative assistance as needed
+ Maintain records, reports, and logs to support operational, inventory, and regulatory requirements
+ Provide coverage at nearby facilities as needed and travel short distances within the region to support operational requirements
