Job Summary
Senior-level QA/QC professional responsible for overseeing welding, coating, and material inspection activities at site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform welding inspection as per ASME, API standards
- Review and approve WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications
- Monitor welding quality, repair rates, and inspection activities
- Coordinate and witness NDT (RT, UT, MT, PT)
- Inspect coating activities (if multi-certified)
- Ensure material traceability and MTC verification
- Conduct fit-up, in-process, and final inspections
- Raise NCRs and ensure closure
- Interface with client/consultant for approvals
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and reports
