Job Description
- Lead the end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workforce Software T&A solutions for large‑scale manufacturing environments.
- Configure advanced time rules, schedules, accruals, absences, eligibility rules, overtime calculations, and time‑derived payroll logic.
- Develop and manage integrations between Workforce Software and systems such as SAP Employee Central, SAP ECP Payroll, biometric devices, and middleware platforms (CPI, Boomi, etc.).
- Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design for new implementations and enhancements.
- Lead data migration activities including extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to time management and system integrations.
