Hiring: MEP Coordinator (Villa Projects) | UAE
We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team for high-end villa construction projects in the UAE.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, site supervision, and authority regulations
- Experience in coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
- Ability to review drawings, resolve technical clashes, and manage subcontractors
- Proficient in AutoCAD and project coordination
- Oversee and coordinate all MEP activities on villa projects
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
