Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Source, evaluate, and establish new relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure sufficient resources for all projects, while continuously improving pricing, quality, and service standards.
- Lead supplier and contract negotiations, with a strong understanding of commercial terms, cost structures, and competitive pricing relevant to building and construction projects.
- Ensure all project-related purchases are executed in a timely, accurate, flexible, and cost-effective manner in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
