Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Administer contracts and manage project documentation.
  • Prepare take-offs and pre-tender estimates.
  • Prepare tender documents and source quotations.
  • Conduct tender exercises, evaluate bids, and award contracts.
  • Liaise with Procurement team.
  • Handle claims, variation orders, budget control, and final account settlement.
  • Coordinate and support project team activities.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in interpreting drawings.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player, able to meet tight deadlines.
  • High initiative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
