Job Description
Purpose
The Solution Manager is responsible for the effectiveness of solution design in PSABDP contract logistics function globally. This role is focused on analysing complex information from various angles and creating cost‑efficient, operationally viable, and innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Additionally provide support for the operational improvement and re‑engineering of existing processes and setups to maintain competitive cost levels.
Key Responsibilities
Customer (Internal & External)
- Liaise with PSABDP customers and business development staff to understand customer supply chain requirements
- Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business, operational implementations and re‑engineering initiatives
- Collect and analyze data relating to logistics operations
- Utilize PSABDP’s Standard tools for developing, modeling, evaluating and selecting appropriate solution options
