As an Operations Consultant, you'll work with the Operations Supervisor to keep the stockroom organized and support excellent client service during store hours. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly client service throughout store hours
• Assist in training for cashiers on POS and MPOS systems
• Maintain standards of cleanliness in the store and stockroom
• Process shipments and manage stock organization
• Report on inventory issues to the management team
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service
• Proficient in organizational and computer skills
