Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations.

Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.

Food & Beverage Service: Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Billing & Payment Processing: Handle cash, card, and digital payments using a POS system.

Table Maintenance: Clear tables, reset dining areas, and ensure cleanliness.

Communication: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

Handling Customer Complaints: Address guest concerns politely and escalate when necessary.

Compliance: Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant policies.
