The purpose of this role is to deliver a memorable and exquisite service experience within Gordon Ramsay at The Mere, ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an extraordinary service experience to the highest industry standards with a distinctive personal touch as part of one team.
- Engage with guests to offer exceptional experiences across all aspects of dining.
- Assist guests regarding menu choices in an informative and enthusiastic way.
- Take reservations with all required details.
- Boost revenue through upselling and other creative initiatives.
- Share knowledge of offers, promotions, preparation, general hotel knowledge and Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere stories.
- Perform flexible and multi‑skilling tasks to meet guest and colleague needs.
