Server Hardware Support Specialist

SNETMAC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Server Hardware Support Specialist with 5+ years of experience to oversee the server refurbishing process in our lab and provide on-site hardware support to customers. This role requires in-depth expertise in server-level hardware, operating systems, and storage systems.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, skilled in server diagnostics, and experienced in quality & performance grading.

Responsibilities

• Server Refurbishing & Quality Control: Manage the refurbishing, testing, and grading of enterprise servers in the lab.
• On-Site Hardware Support: Provide technical support & troubleshooting for server-related hardware at customer sites.
• Server Testing & Performance Benchmarking: Conduct detailed testing of servers to assess performance, reliability, and quality.
• Component-Level Diagnostics: Identify and resolve faults in CPU, RAM, storage, RAID ...
