Job Responsibilities:
Server Administration & Operations:
Manage Windows/Linux servers and storage infrastructure
Perform operational maintenance activities including incident management, request handling, and change management
Provide incident response outside business hours as required (1–2 times per month, compensatory leave provided)
Vendor Management:
Manage and supervise external vendors performing server operational tasks
