Job Description

As our Service Administration Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role within the Service team, overseeing a team of administrators who support the service and maintenance of security systems for a wide portfolio of blue‑chip clients. You’ll report directly to the Service Manager and take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, team performance, and service delivery standards.

This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is confident leading and developing people.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of service administrators, managing daily workflow, performance, holidays, and appraisals.
  • Oversee customer call‑outs, ensuring all requests are logged and closed accurately in SAP.
