    About the opportunity:

    This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer
    service and ensuring the efficient coordination of vehicle
    servicing. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

  • Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our
    clients face to face

  • Building and maintaining positive customer and employee
    relationships

  • Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide
    updates

  • Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all
    vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as
    promised
