Job Description

Are you customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional after-sales service? We are looking for a professional Service Advisor to ensure customers receive the highest level of service and an outstanding dealership experience. This role is key to achieving workshop targets, improving CSI results, and building long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate write-ups of pre-orders and DMS job cards, capturing complete customer and vehicle information.
  • Record notes, comments, and markings on pre-orders, highlighting any damages or missing items.
  • Obtain customer signatures on job cards prior to work commencement.
  • Coordinate with the Foreman to assess required work and prepare job cards accordingly.
  • Maintain regular follow-up communication with customers and keep them informed on vehicle status.
