Purpose of the Job
- To provide an excellent service by understanding the customer’s needs, providing advice, and offering solutions.

- Sound product knowledge ensures personalized service and informs customers accordingly.
Relationships and Personal Activities
- Directly reports to the After Service Manager and Service Manager.
- Fosters relationships with company staff.
