rimary tasks: R
- epairing customers and consumers products that are both in warranty and out of warranty. O
- nce the repair is completed, fully tests the product ensuring a satisfactory/quality repair. P
- roduct knowledge to evaluate the products, determines the mínimal cost of repairs when appropriate, and provides an accurate estimate of the costs whenever necessary. M
- aintains and manages spare parts inventory. R
- eports regularly on issues and complains reported to ensure continuous development and improvement of performance of the products. P
- erform administration tasks such as E-mails in Sales force and Outlook, Phone, SAP, CRM and Support & Go. M
- aintain our knowledge base and ensure proper communication throughout the full customer journey. T
- imely address inquiries on status of repairs. Interact with several different departments - both internal and external - such as sales offices, repair centers, IT, logistics.
