General Duties & Responsibilities- Deliver excellent service and ensure smooth daily operations in the dining area
- Set up and clear tables promptly and neatly before and after service
- Take customer orders accurately and input them into the Point of Sales (POS) system
- Promote standard menu beverages and upsell specialty drinks when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve beverages according to bar recipes and standards
