**Job Description Summary**: In this role, you will be part of the Nordic Service Center Team and will have daily contact with our customers, collaborate with service engineers, logistic partners, and Sales representatives. This team serves as first point of contact for customer, then engages technical support team for resolution in the event the issue requires technical expertise.
You will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and execute within a well-defined operations framework and always ensure compliance.
You will develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customers and GEHC. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. You are accountable for the quality of own work and will make sure great service is delivered on time.
