1. Jr. Service cloud developer - 4-6 years of experience - Strong technical skills and good communication. Hands-on experience with Service Cloud, including case management, custom features & core Salesforce features. PD1 certified.
2. Sr. Service cloud developer - 4-6 years of experience - Strong technical skills and good communication. Hands-on experience with Service Cloud: case management, custom features & core Salesforce features. Handle more complex requirements/flows, etc. PD1, Platform Admin certified.
