Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organised Administrator / Scheduler to join a busy trades and services company based in Sydney’s Inner West. This role will support the operations team by coordinating and scheduling a high volume of technicians, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and completed on time.

This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and is confident communicating with tradespeople, technicians and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordinating high volumes of technicians and trades staff
  • Managing daily job allocations and adjusting schedules as required
  • Liaising with technicians, supervisors and internal teams
  • General administrative support and data entry
  • Ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently to support service delivery
