Job Description

We are currently looking for Service Administrator to join a team in Bristol!

You will coordinate service requests, manage help desk tickets, and ensure issues are resolved quickly.

Responsibilities -

* Act as the first point of contact for help desk queries via phone and email

* Log and manage support requests in the help desk system

* Prioritise and assign tasks to maintenance engineers or internal teams

* Coordinate servicing and repairs of coffee machines and equipment

* Assist with resolving delivery or order-related queries

* Maintain accurate records and reports of support requests

Personal Requirements -

* Previous experience in customer service or A coordination role

* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
