We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected construction equipment dealership in Atlantic Canada that is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating and scheduling service work and shop activity
- Supporting technicians and the Service Manager with daily operations
- Opening and managing work orders
- Communicating with customers regarding service updates and timelines
- Coordinating with the parts department to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Helping deliver a strong customer service experience
