Service Coordinator Overview
The Service Coordinator exists to ensure a high-quality customer shopping experience by leading and supporting front-end operations. This role coordinates checkout flow, maintains front-end cleanliness and standards, and assigns work for cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members to meet productivity and service expectations.
