- Verify service request details, confirm credit approval, apply marketing programs, and review service history.
- Open work orders, and ensure alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
- Maintain accurate records in Case and other systems to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
- Assist Repair Planners and Service Supervisors during repair execution, ensuring real-time updates in Case, SWIP Tool, and M3.
- Complete work order adjustments, SG&A forms, warranty and goodwill documentation, and elevate risks as needed.
- Schedule and participate in Pre, Mid, and Post job meetings, capturing action items and updating commitment dates.
- Arrange transportation, hotshots, and third‑party contractor services, including documentation and procurement requests.
