Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day service coordination between service personnel and the customers.
  • Communicating with and providing exceptional Customer Service to internal & external customers.
  • Interacts with clients and receive feedback regarding the quality of work performed by service personnel.
  • Provide accurate, clear, complete and timely distribution of job orders
  • Responsible for the data entry in ERP system relevant to the department.
  • Provide timely updates to Service Manager on performance in key areas regularly.
  • Providing support to colleagues as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Coordinator preferably in the field of service and sales
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any business course in a reputable institution;
