What you'll be doing:
✅ Managing end-to-end service tickets — from the moment a client raises a request to closure
✅ Coordinating deployment of service technicians for PDI, installations, and 1st / 2nd / 3rd scheduled services at client sites
✅ Raising spare parts requisitions and warranty claims, and tracking them to resolution
✅ Supporting spare parts sales to clients and walk-in customers
