Job Description

The Service Coordinator will report to the Service Manager and provide strong administrative support to the Service department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt responses to customers enquiries and service calls for log-in of breakdown calls.
  • Allocate service jobs to respective Service Technicians, e.g., job opening and closure, arrangement of spare parts and equipment for Field Technicians
  • Liaise with suppliers for battery job arrangement
  • Liaise with customers for appropriate entry clearances
  • Issue picking lists for Service Technicians for their orders of spare parts
  • Issue spare parts requisition documents for parts orders
  • Allocate service vans and update meter readings in AS400 system
  • Update personal information and status of Service Technicians in AS400 system
  • Update customers truck orders and ownership information in AS400 system
  • Update booklets and service job cards
