At this time, we are seeking a Service Coordinator


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the coordinating with technicians and customer as needed.
  • Answer phones and direct calls as required
  • Proven experience as an Administrative assistant or Office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to deal effectively and courteously with all staff, customers and general public
  • Customer service is a must.
