Salary Range: R25,000 – R40,000 per month 
We’re looking for a Service Delivery Engineer who’s both technically strong and great with people. You’ll be supporting a global user base, so patience, clear communication, and problem-solving skills are key. 
Responsibilities We’re seeking a service delivery professional who can support a global user base and collaborate across teams and time zones to resolve issues and improve service levels. 
What you’ll bring Solid understanding of (or the ability to quickly learn): 
SQL Server and writing T-SQL queries/scripts 
Basic PowerShell scripting 
Excel (formulas, data handling, and troubleshooting) 
Help desk operations and end-user support 
A calm, professional attitude and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and time zones
