Job Description
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the quality and continuity of the client’s data‑centre operations across multiple sites, ensuring services meet performance targets and support the client’s 5‑year Data Operations Center engagement. You will manage service agreements, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive improvements in reliability, compliance, and cost control.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Oversee service agreements and ensure service‑level agreements (SLAs) are met, keeping service records up to date and recommending improvements to deliver reliable, high‑quality services.
- Execute disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans for data‑centre operations.
- Report on SLA performance and maintain on‑call lists for critical services; respond to customer feedback, review incidents, and perform root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
