We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our support operations team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for users requiring technical assistance related to healthcare IT applications, EHR systems, integrations, and general IT support services. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, documenting incidents, escalating complex problems, and ensuring timely resolution while delivering an exceptional customer support experience. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced healthcare technology environment.
