Hiring: Service Desk Analyst (L1 Desk) | MNC Client
Experience: 3–5 yrs
Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
Work Location: Chennai / Hyderabad – Onsite (5 days WFO)
Shift Timing: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 2:30 AM & 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Budget: As per market standards
Interview Rounds: 2 levels (Virtual)
Mandatory Skills
— International Voice Call Experience
— ServiceNow (ticketing system)
— Troubleshooting (Windows, MS Office, email clients, printers, networking fundamentals)
