Responsibilities
- Device imaging and provisioning for enterprise laptop refresh and deployment initiatives
- Workstation setup using Windows 10/11, Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD), Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow
- Data migration and hardware troubleshooting for deployed devices
- Asset lifecycle tracking and compliance validation
- End‑user support during deployments
Qualifications
- Technology‑related university degree or college diploma
- Minimum 4 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years supporting enterprise laptop refresh projects
- Bilingual in English and French
