Title: Service Desk Analyst

  • Provide support for Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and Intune
  • Assist in re-registering Windows devices with Bunge as Entra hybrid joined
  • Troubleshoot Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), and mobile email issues.
  • Resolve issues related to Mailbox access, Profile recreation, Autodiscover, Shared mailboxes, Mail flow and permissions
  • Resolve sign‑in, password, and MFA issues related to Entra ID tenant changes, UPN changes, Conditional Access policies, MFA re‑registration
  • Provide support for mobile device migration (iOS and Android), including troubleshooting issues related to un-enrollment or enrollment with Intune
  • Support Microsoft client reconfiguration issues related to Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsof...
