Job Description

The Role:

As a Service Desk Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and solutions to their technical issues. You will work closely with a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Document and track issues using ticketing systems.
