Recent graduates to join our IT Service Desk team as Fresher Support Analysts. This role is ideal for candidates with basic computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Prior IT Service Desk experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 IT support to end users via chat, voice, or email
  • Log, track, and update tickets/interactions in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Understand and follow defined support processes and SLAs
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve standard user issues
  • Escalate incidents or requests to the appropriate support teams when required
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication with users
  • Participate in training, mock sessions, and assessments before production release
