Service Desk Technician
Job Description
Position Title- Pay rate will be $ - $/hr
Contract role- 1 year
This will be a day shift position ( hours per week)
Starting ASAP
CGP clearance is required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with PC imaging and deployment
Diagnose and resolve IS incidents and fulfil IS requests through ServiceNow system, email, phone or walkup and escalate when when necessary.
Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications
Troubleshoot issues related to PCs, laptops, printers and attached devices
Perform basic Active Directory tasks (account unlocks, password resets, group membership updates)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets in a professional, customer-focused manner
Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
