Job Description

The **Equipment Services Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative** acts as the primary liaison between operations (internal), service vendors (external), and internal management. This role is responsible for receiving service requests, scheduling preventative maintenance, dispatching vendors to repair sites, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and has a keen attention to detail.

**Specific duties include, but are not limited to:**

+ Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and online requests, providing exceptional customer service. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and address customer concerns regarding repairs
