Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic school or college leaver to join our team in Sheffield as a Service Engineer Apprentice, undertaking a Mechatronics Engineering apprenticeship training programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised, level 3 qualification over a three-year period.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical and electronic systems

Support the installation and testing of automation equipment and robotics

Participate in troubleshooting and repair of mechatronic systems

Collaborate with engineers and service technicians on live projects and maintenance tasks

Maintain accurate records of work completed and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Follow health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards
