Job Responsibilities:
Technical Service & Maintenance: Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems. Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls). Client Support & Training: Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM). Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers. Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines. Documentation & Reporting: Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call. Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions. Maintain acc...
