Job Description
Provide field service support in either the operation or maintenance of the semiconductor lithography equipment in cleanroom.
Description- Install, configure, and test equipment or systems at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support.
- Train clients and end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and records of work performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
- Advise customers on equipment upgrades or replacements when needed.
- Travel frequently to customer locations for service and support.
